"I grew up around horses — long before I knew anything about technique, I was just a child trying to draw the thing I loved most. That feeling has never really left me."

The artist
About the Artist
Horses have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child I was always drawing them — on the backs of school books, on scraps of paper, anywhere I could. Long before I knew anything about technique or composition, I was trying to capture the way a horse holds its head, the curve of a neck, the quiet intelligence in their eyes. That childhood obsession never left me. It simply grew into something I could share.
